Shapes and steps of realization
All products are original, their shapes and materials are thought just according to the clients´ needs and requests.
The product is initially hand-sketched and designed in order to find the best aesthetic solutions. If requested, it is possible to offer a computer tridimensional visualisation.
Before the realisation starts, several meetings usully take place, in order to better understand the clients´needs and wishes.Another very important moment is when the materials are chosen, like the treatment of the iron surface, or the use of natural materials like wood or glass.
The products are most of all created by classic techniques of wrought iron as rivits and use of rings. The very final treatment regards the surface. This is a very important step and that is why it is decided with and especially for each client and it is fundamental to know if the product is for interior or exterior. For exteriors the best solution is the zinc-plating with a covering color graphites or the iron is simply let naturally eroded and different kinds of patinas are used, as oxidation, sandblasting, brushing, in order to create a totally natural effect.
